From Japan to Germany: Building and Shipping a JYKK A22 Snowscoot

 

Snowscoot Don’t Stop!

Even in the middle of summer, Snowscoot riders around the world are already getting ready for winter.

Today at TOOLATE SPORTS, we completed the assembly of a brand-new JYKK A22 Snowscoot ordered by a rider in Germany.

Carefully Assembled in Japan

We began by carefully greasing and installing the integrated headset bearings.

Because this Snowscoot will travel all the way from Japan to Europe, we also applied a thorough base wax to protect the running surfaces of the boards during shipping and storage.

The boards were initially installed with a flat setup, and the non-through bushings were adjusted to provide smooth and responsive edging.

Every Snowscoot we ship is assembled and checked by our experienced staff before it leaves the shop.

Packed for Worldwide Shipping

After the final setup and inspection, the complete Snowscoot was carefully protected with plenty of packing material and placed inside our dedicated Snowscoot shipping case.

Now it is ready to fly from Japan to Germany.
