JYKK G70 × P1 Hard Flex — Custom Snowscoot Built in Japan for Powder & Speed
One of the best parts of Snowscoot is choosing the frame, boards and parts to create your own machine.
This time we built a powerful custom setup using a JYKK G70 wide frame with P1 Hard Flex powder boards.
The combination was selected by the rider, and we handled the complete setup here at TOOLATE SPORTS in Toyama, Japan.
The P1 has a large front board designed for strong flotation in deep snow, while the Hard Flex construction gives the board a solid feel when riding faster on groomed slopes as well.

As this build was prepared during summer, we also applied a fresh base wax before delivery. It protects the base during storage and means the board is already prepared when winter comes.
For the bushings we used a high-bushing setup.
The extra height gives more leverage when putting the wide board on edge, making the larger P1 easier to control through turns.
The rear board is mounted using the wide mounting position of the G70 frame.
With the mounting points positioned farther outside, the rear board is supported across a wider area — a good match for this wide-frame, high-speed setup.
After that, we installed the standard components and completed the build.
And once everything came together…
The beige / natural wood color with black parts looks really good.
Sometimes you only understand the complete look after the machine is actually built.
We checked the setup, bolts and all moving parts, added the TOOLATE SPORTS sticker, protected the board edges and prepared everything for shipping.
