Some older or secondhand scoots come with a low-rise stem, or a heavier one than you need. The stem holds your handlebar in place, and changing it can make a real difference to your riding position.
This is the original JYKK SNOWSCOOT stem: an affordable aluminum option designed specifically for riding on snow.
Its top-load design is a good choice if you want a higher handlebar position. If your bars feel a little low, it is worth looking at the stem as well as the handlebar itself.
Take a look inside the clamp. There are weight-saving cutouts tucked away here, too. The stem weighs approximately 350g and has a 50mm reach.
