We have inspected and serviced a rare used SNOWSCOOT STYLE-A A20 frame in matte gray.

Newer SnowScoot frames are often designed with wider decks and longer geometry. The STYLE-A A20 comes from a different direction: standard-size geometry, a compact deck, a short rear section and an extremely lightweight construction.

For riders who simply want a light and responsive SnowScoot, this frame is still a very interesting choice.

One of the Lightest All-Round SnowScoot Frames

The STYLE-A was developed as an ultra-light all-round frame.

Its semi-low head tube, lightweight deck and short rear section reduce the frame weight to approximately 2.5 kg.

The handlebar position is approximately 25 mm lower than on a conventional model, creating a lower riding position and improved stability during carving and high-speed riding.

Its low weight also makes the SnowScoot easier to carry, especially during long approaches and backcountry missions.

 

Standard-Size Geometry with a Light and Agile Feel

Many recent frames use increasingly wide decks, but this A20 retains the original standard-width deck.

The narrower and more compact design helps keep the frame light and makes the machine feel quick and agile when transitioning between turns.

Depending on the boots used, the standard deck should provide enough space for riders with approximately 27 cm feet. Riders who later want a wider platform can also customize the frame with an aftermarket wide-deck kit.

A True All-Round Custom Base

The STYLE-A can be used across a wide variety of terrain and riding styles:

  • Groomed slopes
  • Carving
  • Powder
  • Park riding
  • Jumps
  • Backcountry approaches

It is an excellent base for riders who have not decided on only one riding style and want to build a lightweight machine that can handle a little of everything.

A lightweight older frame is not simply outdated equipment. Combined with modern boards and components, it can become a completely new custom SnowScoot.

 

Inspected and Serviced by TOOLATE SPORTS

This used frame has been carefully inspected at TOOLATE SPORTS.

The internal headset uses sealed bearings and has been serviced. The fork steerer is straight, and there are no major dents, deformation or structural problems.

There are visible paint scratches on the top tube from normal use. Riders who are concerned about additional cosmetic damage may want to install a top-tube protector.
