SNOWSCOOT DOC WOODY 2026 HARD: power and smooth turns, from powder to piste
Share

A wide powder nose and enough backbone for fast groomed runs: that is what makes the WOODY 2026 HARD from France’s SNOWSCOOT DOC worth a look. The wood-look finish and BEEFROST graphics give this front-and-rear set a distinctive appearance, too.

Our view at TOOLATE SPORTS is that the Hard version makes sense for powerful riders, including those weighing 75 kg or more. It has firm flex both along the board and across it, with the support to keep pushing when the pace rises.
What interests us is how that stiffness works with a straightforward outline.

The front has a high nose rise for powder and a flat profile behind it. It gives the turn a smooth entry without needing to force the front around.

At the other end, the rear tail rocker helps the board release as you finish a turn. The aim is to keep the ride flowing from one turn into the next.

A constant sidecut connects the front and rear. Lean the machine onto its edges and let the shape work: this is the combination we would look at for powerful riding with smooth, linked carving turns.

The mounting inserts accept the standard 385 mm pitch and the 233 mm short pitch used by compatible INSANE TOYS and SNOWSCOOT DOC frames. If you are planning a board upgrade, check your frame’s pitch before choosing your setup.

The construction combines a wood core, carbon reinforcement and a sintered base. The product page below lists the manufacturer’s dimensions and construction details.

We have also photographed the boards with a tape measure so you can compare their size with your current setup.
For riders who want to move between powder and piste, put power into their boards and keep their turns flowing, WOODY 2026 HARD is a set we would put on the shortlist.
