Used Snowscoots Are Being Serviced and Prepared for Sale This July

Temperatures in Toyama are now reaching over 35°C.

It is far too hot to ride a Snowscoot—although there is still some snow within hiking distance around Murodo in the Tateyama mountains.

To ease our longing for winter, we have started servicing and preparing used Snowscoots for the coming season.

Summer is a good time for us to carefully work on each machine. We clean and wax the boards, inspect and grease the bearing areas, disassemble and rebuild the frames, and polish each model so it is ready to stand out on the slopes once again.

Among the boards currently being serviced is a nostalgic Japanese-made OGASAKA Whaler board.

 

Its narrow shape and high-performance design are still fully usable today. Older Snowscoot equipment can remain excellent when it is properly inspected, maintained and matched with the right frame.

Once servicing is complete, each used Snowscoot will be displayed in our Toyama store and added to our online shops.

July is actually a good time to choose a used Snowscoot. Before the winter season begins, we have more time to prepare each model carefully and help riders compare different frame sizes, board shapes and riding characteristics.

Every used Snowscoot sold by TOOLATE SPORTS is serviced individually. We maintain and rebuild both the frame and boards so the new owner can begin the season in good condition.

For shipments within Japan and worldwide, we pack the Snowscoot inside a dedicated carrying case, which is included with the machine for safer and easier transportation.

The character of a Snowscoot can vary greatly depending on the frame size and board shape. We can help you choose a model based on your height, riding experience and preferred terrain.
