SNOWSCOOT DOC WOODY 2026 SOFT: responsive flex, powerful turns!

SNOWSCOOT DOC WOODY 2026 SOFT: responsive flex, powerful turns!

WOODY 2026 SOFT front and rear boards

After our look at the WOODY 2026 HARD, here is the more compliant side of the same shape: the SNOWSCOOT DOC WOODY 2026 SOFT from France.

The differences are the flex and graphics. The wide nose and flowing outline stay the same, while the SOFT version bends more readily under your input.

WOODY SOFT logo and black-and-gold graphics

The wood-look finish carries black-and-gold graphics, giving this version a character of its own.

At TOOLATE SPORTS, we recommend considering the SOFT for riders around 55–75 kg. It is also a good option for lighter riders who struggle to flex stiff boards, or riders ready to move beyond the beginner stage and take more control of their turns.

WOODY 2026 SOFT board profiles and outlines

You do not have to build up excessive speed to get a response. On gentle slopes, it is easier to link turns and adjust your line. In powder, the wide nose supports the front while the more accessible flex helps you guide the boards where you want to go.

Compliant does not mean lacking power. The SOFT has a lively response and retains stability as the pace increases. It suits riders who want to feel the boards bend under load and return energy through the turn.

WOODY 2026 SOFT rear board side profile

The front combines a high nose rise with a flat profile behind it. The rear tail rocker helps the board release at the end of a turn. A constant 9.78 m sidecut links the two boards, keeping the transition from turn entry to the next edge change smooth.

WOODY 2026 SOFT front and rear bases

WOODY 2026 SOFT base detail

Like the HARD, the construction combines a wood core with carbon reinforcement and a sintered base. The shared dimensions are 785 mm long with 317 mm usable width at the front, and 1,060 mm long with 305 mm usable width at the rear.

WOODY 2026 SOFT rear mounting inserts

The mounting inserts accept the standard 385 mm pitch and the 233 mm short pitch used by compatible INSANE TOYS and SNOWSCOOT DOC frames. This is a new front-and-rear board set; bushings, mounting bolts and a frame are not included.

If you prefer firmer support or put more force into your boards, take a look at our WOODY 2026 HARD article as well. When planning your setup, our guide to JYKK bushings and 13 mm / 19 mm bolts is another useful starting point.

Rider weight is a guide rather than a fixed limit. Your terrain, pace and preferred feel also matter. Contact TOOLATE SPORTS if you would like help choosing boards or checking your frame’s mounting compatibility.
