JYKK SNOWSCOOT AK-1 II Hard Board Set | Unused Shop Display

Unused JYKK SNOWSCOOT AK-1 II front and rear board set in Hard flex. One shop-display set available.

A much-loved second edition

The AK-1 II is the signature board set of KOTA ASO, one of Japan's leading snowscoot riders. This past-generation second edition remains popular for its balance of strength and flex. At TOOLATE SPORTS, we regard it as one of the most well-balanced classics among snowscoot freestyle boards.

We particularly like the glide of its ISO SPEED 7500 base in spring park conditions. A stable, longer front board and hybrid-camber rear board work well for park riding and all-mountain freeriding. The pronounced nose and tail kicks help with pop for flatland tricks and park moves.

Choosing your flex

As a rough guide, Medium is approachable for riders from around 55 kg, while Hard suits riders from around 75 kg or those looking for extra support when landing bigger jumps. These are starting points, not strict weight limits. Choosing flex to match the size of your kickers and park features, as well as your riding style, can be more useful than choosing by weight alone.

This listing is the Hard-flex front and rear set.
