ZUTTOSCOOT All-in-One Snowscoot Headset | 15mm / 25mm

A complete headset set for your Snowscoot, featuring a lightweight CNC-machined aluminium upper cover and top cap with the ZUTTOSCOOT logo.

Choose the upper-cover height to suit your frame and preferred setup: 15 mm (1.5 cm) or 25 mm (2.5 cm). Each option is sold as one headset set in the selected height.

• 2 thin micro shims for clearance adjustment when needed
• Gold-coloured split compression ring
• 2 sealed bearings: upper and lower

Fitting and care

The sealed bearings help keep maintenance simple. A light film of grease on the outside of the bearings can help protect the exterior surfaces from rust.

Check compatibility with your frame and fork before ordering. The 15 mm and 25 mm options refer to the upper-cover height. Use the supplied micro shims only as needed to obtain clearance and smooth steering, and check that the assembled headset turns freely without play.
